Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced clinical leadership and expertise in the Emergency Department. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring senior nurses, implementing service improvement initiatives, and ensuring seamless AED flow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in emergency medicine, AED experience, and a proven track record of service improvement. You must also have PIN registration and experience with 'see and treat' and triage models.
