Role Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving service improvements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service Development
    • Work closely with clinicians to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Emergency Department management.
  • Proven track record of service development and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Band 8b Agency Cap Rate (£58,000 - £68,000 per annum). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
