About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy specialist to join our Emergency Department team as a Band 7 Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Occupational Therapy service in the ED, working closely with the AHP team and the wider MDT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with experience of working at a senior level and managing complex caseloads. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of occupational therapists.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience of working at a senior level in Occupational Therapy.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
