About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and service standards across all areas of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Service Delivery: To deliver high levels of food and service through all areas of hospitality, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our patients and staff.
  • Support to Senior Chef: To support the Head/Senior Chef in all aspects of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Maintaining a Safe Working Environment: To maintain a safe working environment for all staff and customers, both internal and external, adhering to HACCP guidelines and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Efficient Food Delivery: To ensure efficient and consistent delivery of food throughout all hospitality areas, meeting the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Culture of Assistance: To foster and maintain a culture of assistance between kitchen and server staff, and all departments within Spire Healthcare, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Leadership and Consistency: To lead by example, ensuring consistency of all food production and presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ level 2 or higher, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training.
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience in similar establishments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service standards.
  • Skills: Professional self-starter, highly organized, and capable of working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
