Mental Health Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our client based in York. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require evidence-based nursing care and support. As a Mental Health Practitioner, your responsibilities will include delivering individualized care, establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships, and overseeing the assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care.

Job Description

This role involves providing evidence-based nursing care to promote independence and social inclusion. You will establish and maintain therapeutic relationships within NMC guidelines and oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure comprehensive care. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, with a competitive benefits package available for successful candidates.

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC pin
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic interventions
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
