The ideal candidate will possess experience in large-scale catering, preferably within an NHS environment, and hold relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, managing kitchen resources and inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,200 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits.

Shift pattern: Three days over seven days, with flexibility to cover shifts between 0630 and 1800, including weekends.
