We are seeking an experienced Operational Reporting Specialist to join our team at Boldyn Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for creating actionable insights to support decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.

">About the Role

The primary focus of this position will be to have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of operational reporting, including executive reporting, KPI monitoring, business trends analysis, forecasting, budgeting, operational trend identification, and understanding business drivers.

As an Operational Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the organization's business model, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

You will analyze large datasets and conduct root cause analysis to identify operational trends and areas for improvement.

Your ability to drive change and influence others cross-functionally without authority will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, generate and deliver concise and insightful reports to senior leadership, providing visibility into key operational metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track the organization's performance against strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to develop accurate forecasts and budgets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational reporting, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
