At FirstLight Home Care of Southern Maine, we are seeking a Career Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with various referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business, marketing or other related field, as well as two to five years of related networking/community liaison experience and/or training.

We offer competitive pay, a culture of care environment, and exceptional support team. Our Network Development Manager will also participate in networking events, especially as they relate to the senior population, and educate others on the benefits of home care and FirstLight.

This position is based in Irvine and offers flexibility in setting your own schedule. With a salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, dedicated, and dependable.
