We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Irvine, KA12 8EE. As a key member of the Payroll Team within People & ICT, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salary/wages.

Job Summary

This is a temporary position until 30th April 2026, with an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment. You will be involved in providing support to the Payroll team, working closely with the Payroll Team Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of payroll procedures and practices is essential, as well as experience with Microsoft Teams for video calling.

Our Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., accountancy, finance)
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, with knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
