About the Role:
Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team on an ongoing locum contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Support and care for individuals with various mental health needs in the community
- Carry a caseload of patients, prioritizing their needs and developing personalized care plans
- Contribute to risk management initiatives within the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse, preferably in a community setting
- Registered with the NMC
- Proven experience as a Community Band 6 nurse
- Current Smartcard and knowledge of SystmOne system
- Access to reliable transportation
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £50 per hour (assignment rate)
- Locum contract
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- 3 days per week considered
