Salary: £105,504 - £139,882 per annum


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Kettering. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality mental health services to patients on Avocet Ward.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assess and diagnose patients with complex mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A medical degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications
  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
