Our consultancy provides expert compliance advice and support across various verticals, including Investments, Payment Services, Financial Crime, Credit, Mortgages, Insurance, and Digital Assets.

This role will be part of our Credit and Insurance team, which serves clients regulated by the FCA. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your expertise, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Description

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering compliance solutions to our clients. This includes overseeing client projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex regulations and guidance to provide expert advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of FCA regulation, specifically ICOBS, SYSC, and other relevant sourcebooks. They will also have experience working in a senior role, preferably in a financial services firm or consultancy, and be proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

About You:

  • You have recent and relevant experience in a senior role at a financial services firm or consultancy.
  • You have exposure to business development and public speaking.
  • You have a broad base of compliance knowledge and specific understanding/knowledge of insurance regulation.
  • You are able to analyze data and conduct thorough research.
  • You have excellent written communication skills and can draft written communications and documentation in an articulate way.
