Safety Assurance and Quality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Safety Assurance and Quality Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, ensuring compliance with essential safety and quality standards and contributing to high-stakes projects within the rail sector.
The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company, Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd, offers a collaborative team environment dedicated to innovation and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems.
- Chair HazID Meetings and manage comprehensive hazard records throughout project life cycles.
- Provide safety assurance support to Contractor's Engineering Managers (CEMs) and advise clients on their obligations under CSM-RA and other safety legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, ideally Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in health and safety management within railway projects.
