At MorePeople, we are seeking an exceptional Quality Systems Lead to oversee our Quality Assurance (QA) processes and ensure that our products meet customer specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead QA Team: Directly supervise the QA team to ensure they are equipped to support daily operations effectively.
  2. Product Packaging: Oversee packaging and labelling processes to ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert on systems (Prophet and OAL Autocoding), promoting operational efficiencies and compliance.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
