About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist Lead to join our team at MorePeople. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, ensuring customer standards are met while enhancing production yields.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within food production, fresh produce or related industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of quality, food safety, and compliance standards, including auditing experience with the food / fresh produce industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of quality assurance, including:

  • Product Quality: Collaborate with site operations to ensure our products meet customer specifications and standards, with a focus on minimizing waste and optimizing yields.
  • Audit Compliance: Conduct and lead audits, ensuring our site remains 'Audit Ready,' and collaborate on industry-standard reviews.

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, and we offer an excellent benefits package.
