We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Officer to join our team at Antony James Recruitment.
About the Job:- This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge of the UK industry.
- As a Sales Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales success and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales success by meeting and exceeding personal and departmental targets.
- Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
- Deliver accurate three-monthly sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track progress and opportunities.
- Nurture new and existing targeted accounts to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT and CRM systems to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Achieve a track record of account management and sales success to secure future opportunities.
What You'll Get:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Flexible Working Hours: 7.5-hour shifts between 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Casual Dress Code: Enjoy smart/casual Fridays and a relaxed dress code throughout the week.
- Holiday Package: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional days reserved for a Christmas shutdown.
- Structured Company Bonus: Earn up to 10% of your salary after passing probation.
