Sales Channel Operations Role
This role will support across the Sales Channel Operations business area within the Sales & Marketing division of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK. The business function directly supports our Mercedes-Benz brand partners with various services that aid the sale of cars and vans across European Markets. These services include outbound calls, live chat, direct fleet sales order processing, invoicing, and funding.

The role will be diverse and varied, allowing you to work across all Sales Channel Operations functions on various activities. You'll have the opportunity to lead generation, fleet customer hub management, corporate services, fleet channel development, and car schemes finance.
