Job Description

The role of Commercial Expansion Manager at REED Specialist Recruitment is to drive business growth through the expansion of our client base in the construction and civil engineering sector. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:
This role requires:
  • A proven track record in business development, ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience of selling a service and telesales.
  • An understanding of construction and civil engineering processes, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
