As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code.
  • Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care.
  • Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records.

  • An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse.
  • Relevant clinical experience.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
