About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization like CV-Library. As a Head of Finance and IT - Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving business growth through financial insights and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial tools and systems to provide critical financial information to the business and wider group functions.
  2. Proactive involvement in the management team, making proposals concerning financial business performance based on financial data and highlighting areas for improvement.
  3. Provide monthly financial reports and insights to the local management team and the wider Group.
  4. Lead and develop the finance team, improving financial management awareness and driving process improvements.
  5. Adhoc financial analysis and problem-solving in support of the management team across the wider business and future project work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
