Sales Operations Leader Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Leader to join Worldpay's Merchant business. As Director of Enterprise Sales Process and Tools, you will lead a high-performing team of process analysts, Salesforce developers, and automation tools specialists to define the overall sales process and necessary sales automation tools strategy to support it.

The team is responsible for managing and enabling sellers across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. You will work closely with sales leaders and functional partners to drive consolidation, automation, and adoption from across the organization.

  • Play a vital role in the overall sales process and tools strategy, leading the Sales Process and Tools team to identify technical solutions to streamline the Enterprise sales process.
  • Drive innovation and put forward new growth ideas, building business cases to seek funding as needed to align to growth initiatives.
  • Focus on process, system, and tools unification across the Merchant business through transformational change projects.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own relationships with CRM & Sales Tools vendors, managing the budgeting, planning, and purchasing process.
  • Manage a team effectively, providing regular feedback and creating development opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly with Commercial and functional teams.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with executives.
  • Manage projects effectively, creating clear project plans and engaging stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in Sales Operations, Sales Process, CRM (Salesforce), and sales tools.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team, preferably across different geographies.
  • Commercially focused, with a desire to drive great outcomes for the business.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM system.
  • Significant experience engaging business executives on a strategic level and change management.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, able to look ahead and foresee issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to coordinate across multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate targets into tangible process improvements.
  • Clear, proactive communicator.
  • Ability to learn new topics and communicate technical detail to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to build and leverage strong networks, both internally and externally.

  • Experience in a cross-functional role requiring alignment across different senior parties.
