Job Description
In this critical role, you will develop and implement effective HSE strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing site-specific HSE plans and protocols.
- Providing guidance and support to staff on HSE matters.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote HSE awareness and engagement.
- Developing and delivering HSE training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- NEBOSH Diploma and IEMA Certificate in Environmental.
- Strong understanding of HSE laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Flexible to work outside normal hours as required.
