Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
  • Draft non-standard correspondence, maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date case management systems and physical files, adhering to company standards.
  • Issue regular milestone reports to clients and referrers, keeping them informed throughout the transaction process.
  • Comply with all requirements and escalate issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Send terms of engagement, estimates, and check Land Registry documents, streamlining the conveyancing process.
  • Draft or check sales contracts, exchange contracts, and complete transactions efficiently.
  • Deal with financial aspects of transactions, adhering to established procedures and maintaining transparency.
  • Perform other duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
