Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our conveyancing department.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per year and a Monday to Friday schedule with in-person work location.

About the Role
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, handling inquiries via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or correspondence.
  • You will prepare and produce letters, correspondence, and documents as required.
  • You will conduct online searches to gather necessary information.
  • You will draft quotes for clients and completion statements.
  • You will utilize the land registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
  • You will provide administrative support, including photocopying and scanning tasks.
Requirements
  • You must have excellent communication and customer service skills to excel in this role.
  • A working knowledge of case management software is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the conveyancing process is beneficial.
