As a Paralegal and Administrative Coordinator for Conveyancers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department at 1st Choice Staff Recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, ensuring seamless communication with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction: You will engage with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents through various communication channels.
  2. Document Management: You will create and manage documents, including letters, correspondence, and other materials.
  3. Portal Access: You will access the land registry portal to retrieve official copies, leases, and title plans.
  4. Administrative Assistance: You will provide general administrative support, including photocopying and scanning.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication: You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: You will have good computer literacy, including working knowledge of case management software.
  • Organizational Skills: You will have excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Conveyancing Knowledge: You will have an understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to apply this knowledge in your work.
