Strategic Care Coordinator

About the Role:
Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a strategic Care Planner to promote sustainable growth, maximise nursing and care resources, and drive excellence in a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving key business and compliance targets
- Promoting Prestige Nursing & Care and ensuring the utilisation of nursing and care resources is maximised and aligned with client requirements
- Identifying business growth opportunities and forming strong relationships with carers
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all members receive comprehensive schedule information
- Driving improved satisfaction levels and rates, and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients and carers
- Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the effective placement of staff to meet client needs
- Preparing ad hoc reports and undertaking on-call duties as arranged locally
- Supporting the day-to-day responsibilities of the team when required and being a champion for internal customer service
Requirements:
A pro-active response to building key relationships, an eye for detail, and knowledge of current market conditions and trends are essential for this role.
