Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and design impactful therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our participants.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with participants, their families, and our multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in celebrations of milestones, big or small, and demonstrate empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
  • Manage a varied caseload with tasks and responsibilities within a supportive environment.
  • Work towards a balanced target of 5 hours assisting participants daily, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements and Salary

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience in a related field.

  • A valid full driver's license and relevant employment checks.
  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
