Telecoms Sales Director

Vero HR Ltd, an independent, family-owned company with an established presence across the UK, is seeking a Telecoms Sales Director to lead and inspire the Southwest telesales teams. This role will be predominantly based in Bristol, with flexibility to travel to other locations as needed.
The successful candidate will drive the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets. Comprehensive management tasks, including call allocation, leave authorisation, monitoring absences, and coordinating staff rotas will be key aspects of this role.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire your team, and thrive in a sales-driven environment. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly troubleshoot daily challenges and handle escalations expertly.
Salary and Benefits- A basic salary of up to £38,000 plus a team performance-related bonus
- Hours of work: 9am – 5pm across Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
