Job Title: Foundation Director
Location: To be determined
Role/ Purpose:
Churchill Estates Management is seeking a Foundation Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Churchill Foundation. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies through various events, ensuring the foundation's objectives are met. In addition, the Foundation Director will be responsible for managing administration and support work to a high standard, adhering to agreed timeframes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage the day-to-day running of the Foundation
- Liaising with both existing and future charities
- Working with business partners to improve the business partner scheme, building and maintaining effective relationships
- In conjunction with the Board of Trustees, agree a fundraising target, create and agree a plan to ensure that the fundraising target is achieved
- Provide creative ideas for fundraising and events that are financially viable and will achieve targeted fundraising
- Ensure that all foundation communications are handled to agreed standards
- Produce reports for quarterly Board meetings of Trustees
About You
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Event management skills with budgeting for the financial year as well as detailed event budgets
- Marketing communication experience
- A levels or equivalent
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to think outside the box when it comes to event ideas and also event issues that might arise and need to be fixed quickly and efficiently
- Full driving license
