We're seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and deliver technology services and solutions across the business. This will be a varied and diverse role which will see you operating as the outward-facing lead for all things tech and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Producing and implementing an IT strategy that contributes and aligns towards our corporate goals and improves efficiency of company processes by making more effective use of existing software.
- Defining, agreeing, and delivering appropriate IT service levels and performance standards.
- Ensuring appropriate resources, including IT budgets, are available to deliver service levels and projects ahead of time.
- Ensuring the IT department always has integrity and resilience, along with a culture of collaboration and high-performance service delivery.
- Supporting, leading, and guiding the team covering infrastructure, service desk, security, and applications & training to deliver secure, stable, performant, and easy-to-use solutions to meet the business' evolving needs.
- Researching and leading on the design and implementation of new technologies and products.
- Leading as the IT project manager for all complex IT projects, including the delivery of new applications.
This is a hands-on role which will see you being an active part in projects and all day-to-day activities. You will be based from our Head Office in Ringwood. Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.

Either way, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable record in designing, implementing, and executing an IT strategy, along with the proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage a team of IT professionals.
Proven experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, InTune/MDM, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, SQL, Power BI, and Meraki products is required. If you have Cyber Security experience and/or qualifications, this would be a distinct advantage.
