As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to fund world-class research and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills, with experience in major donor fundraising. They will be responsible for supporting high-net-worth individuals to drive change for local communities. With a genuine understanding that effective fundraising requires strong foundations and realistic lead-in times, we are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and approaches to this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support health inequalities initiatives
  • Work closely with high-net-worth individuals to drive philanthropic support for cancer research
  • Collaborate with the charity's team to ensure seamless delivery of fundraising activities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
  • 5% employer pension contribution
