Overview
Are you looking to join one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers, one of very few to have an Ofsted Outstanding rating?
We offer something unique to our clients and we take great pride in providing the best service and programs on the market. The evidence for this? Our industry-leading completion rate of over 92% of our apprentices still working at our company after two years. As a result, we work with large brands such as JD Sports, Bentley, Holland & Barrett, Jet2, Innocent Drinks, McCann and Dentsu Aegis. Our fundraiser programme sees clients such as Young Epilepsy, North West Air Ambulance, Papyrus and LGBT Foundation.
Apprentify offers digital, sales and technical apprenticeships & training to some of the UK's biggest businesses and SMEs.
Why Apprentify?
Our mission is to energise talent to unleash their potential in the digital world. We were founded to never sit back and to give every learner the power, resources and knowledge to drive themselves and their business forward through digital excellence. Apprentify acquired The Juice Academy in 2023 and this role will be supporting The Juice Academy fundraiser learners to flourish.
The Juice Academy was incepted in 2013, back then as a not for profit to fill critical skills gaps and create quality careers. In 2024 we launched the Fundraiser Level 3 apprenticeship, partnering with fundraising experts to deliver the training, as we saw a vital need to support the Third Sector by upskilling current fundraisers and attracting fresh talent into the industry.
We’re all about you
At Apprentify, we don’t just provide a job. We build careers and try to enhance your development at every step. We’re a company that continues to grow, change and innovate, and gives our teams the space to be proactive and creative. We offer real career opportunities; we care about growth and development. Vertical career progression is an obvious possibility, but we also offer the possibility for lateral moves, joining different teams and mastering specific skills. Your work colleagues are as smart, hardworking and driven as you, and you’ll be in a team that is making a real impact.
Our Culture
The culture starts with you and is guided by Apprentify. We are based on transparency, teamwork and excellence. We ask “Why?” a lot. It helps us connect our individual work to the bigger picture and sometimes even uncover a better way.
