Job description

The Impact Fundraiser role is a new position to help generate support for the new National Trails UK (NTUK) charity giving a voice for National Trails across the UK. We’re looking for an effective fundraiser who has experience generating revenue in the charitable sector.

We have secured the first year of a three-year funding bid from the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) which allows us to establish a small team led by the CEO. You will initially help diversify our income generation through membership, grants, philanthropic trusts, sponsorships and business partnerships. Once financially sustainable we will look to develop a wider fundraising strategy to help support the wider trails family.

This role will also provide day to day support to the CEO to manage key relationships including members of National Trails UK, grant-giving organisations, and influencers in the public, private and business sectors.
