**Employment Type**: Part-Time: 12 hours per week

**About Be Free Campaign**:
Be Free Campaign is a dynamic mental health charity committed to promoting well-being and resilience among young people. Our organisation focuses on delivering impactful mental health programmes to schools, community centres, and organisations, to reach and support as many young individuals as possible.

**Position Overview**:
The Be Free Campaign is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Fundraising Officer to join our team. This part-time position (12 hours per week) involves a combination of supporting fundraising campaigns, donor interaction, and administrative tasks to help the charity achieve its financial goals and mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fundraising Support**:

- Assist in developing and executing fundraising campaigns across various channels (e.g., online, direct mail, events).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records within the charity's CRM system.
- Process donations promptly and ensure donors are thanked appropriately.
- Conduct prospect research to identify potential new donors and funding sources.
- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events (both directly and by supporting the organization of others).

**Donor Relations**:

- Build strong relationships with donors through excellent communication and stewardship.
- Respond to donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and distribute donor newsletters and other communications.

**Administrative**:

- Support the Fundraising Manager with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Assist with the creation of marketing and fundraising materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in fundraising, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- A passion for the Be Free Campaign's mission and commitment to mental health advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
