Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Buzz 16. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities to keep the office running smoothly and making it a productive space for our team. You will also act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration:
    • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
    • Oversee all activities to keep the office running smoothly.
    • Act as a fire marshal and first aider for the office.
  • HR Support:
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
    • Help coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
    • Support in organizing staff training, development programs, and performance reviews.
    • Assist with HR policy updates and implementation across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or previous experience in an HR/office assistant role.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using MS Office.
  • First aid and health & safety training.
