As a Front Office Coordinator at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental clinics and administrative teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves providing comprehensive front office services, including answering phone calls, managing patient records, and coordinating appointments.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring that patients receive timely updates on their care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The salary for this role is £23,615 per annum pro rata (£11.92 per hour), and you will be required to work part-time, 15 hours per week, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
