Administrative Support Specialist

At Global Connections, we're a unique law firm that combines high-quality legal expertise with gospel aims. We serve diverse Christian organisations and aim to grow our team of support specialists to meet the demands of the Christian market.
We're seeking a servant-hearted, pro-active team player to provide Christ-centred legal expertise to churches and charities. You'll support our fee-earning staff through administrative services and matter management assistance, reducing their administrative burden and enabling them to focus on delivering excellent client care.
This is a full-time and permanent position based either from home, our Market Harborough office, or Nottingham Hub. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As an occupational requirement, the job holder must be a Christian in full agreement with our Basis of Faith.
- You'll work closely with other staff and clients in a remote-first organisation, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- You'll help us maximise impact by using your initiative to improve processes and reduce administrative tasks.
