We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Leicester Grammar School. As a valued member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality meals for our students.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about food preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering an efficient service.

Salary: £20 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm) Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to company standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and customer service.
  • Support the kitchen team in delivering an efficient service.
  • Replenish food and equipment, ensuring freshness, flavor, and presentation.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, including food temperatures, cleaning, and stock takes.
  • Follow guidelines for special dietary needs, allergens, and food safety.
