We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-impact, 1:1 tuition to students with special educational needs (SEN) in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with students, their families, and our team to create personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities. Your primary focus will be on delivering Maths and English tuition to students from primary level to GCSE.

You will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, allowing you to balance your schedule around your availability. Our online platform provides all the tools you need to deliver effective tuition sessions, including real-time reporting and assessment tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
