The Sterling Group is currently recruiting for a skilled Kitchen Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual who can assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety and customer service, and support the kitchen team in delivering an efficient service.

Salary: £20 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm) Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with all legal and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  2. Assist with food preparation and presentation to company standards, ensuring high-quality cooking and service.
  3. Keep work areas clean and organized, especially at the end of the day.
  4. Replenish food and equipment, ensuring freshness, flavor, and presentation.
  5. Complete necessary administrative tasks, including food temperatures, cleaning, and stock takes.
  6. Follow guidelines for special dietary needs, allergens, and food safety.
