Outdoor Collection Role

Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role that allows you to work outdoors? We are seeking a self-motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Loader in the LE16 area. This role involves collecting waste and recyclables from set routes within the local community, requiring regular walking and potentially heavy lifting.

About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for working as part of a team to collect waste and recyclables on designated routes.
  • This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be comfortable with outdoor work and able to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Full training will be provided, but previous experience in an outdoor or manual labor setting would be beneficial.

Attractive Salary Package: £11.44 per hour.

You will have the opportunity to work towards a permanent contract, providing job security throughout the year. This role also offers a 3-day weekend every week, working Tuesday to Friday from 06:45am daily.
