Part-time EHS Support Specialist

ATTB - The Big Jobsite is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the EHS team and the wider business, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with EHS processes and systems.
This is a 25-hour per week position offering a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in data entry and maintaining documentation compliance within software systems.
You will be responsible for administering the EHS management system, maintaining and providing advice on the EHS reporting and management system software, assisting with EHS data analysis, and producing reports and presentation packs for meetings.

- EHS Management System Administration: Administer the EHS management system to ensure control of documented information.
- EHS Reporting and Management System Maintenance: Maintain and provide advice on the EHS reporting and management system software.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with EHS data analysis, producing reports and presentation packs for meetings.
- EHS Communications and Intranet Management: Support EHS communications and maintain the EHS intranet page.
- Audit Schedule Monitoring: Monitor the internal audit schedule and coordinate with the team to support implementation.
- Certification and Accreditation Support: Facilitate data gathering for certifications, accreditations, and tendering as applicable.
- Occupational Health Support: Assist with overseeing the occupational health system and processing fitness for work assessments requests.
- Email Inbox Monitoring: Monitor the EHS email inbox for new starters, legal updates, and general EHS enquiries.
- Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide other ad-hoc administrative support as required.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, ideally within health and safety, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with data entry and maintaining documentation compliance within software systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient with full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Employee Query Handling: Experience with handling employee queries.
- This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
