As an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Administrator at ATTB - The Big Jobsite, you will provide essential administrative support to the EHS team and the wider business as applicable. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in health and safety administration who want to work part-time.

This is a 25-hour per week position offering a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are looking for a flexible working environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have experience in data entry and maintaining documentation compliance within software systems. They will also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. EHS Management System Administration: Administer the EHS management system to ensure control of documented information.
  2. EHS Reporting and Management System Maintenance: Maintain and provide advice on the EHS reporting and management system software.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with EHS data analysis, producing reports and presentation packs for meetings.
  4. EHS Communications and Intranet Management: Support EHS communications and maintain the EHS intranet page.
  5. Audit Schedule Monitoring: Monitor the internal audit schedule and coordinate with the team to support implementation.
  6. Certification and Accreditation Support: Facilitate data gathering for certifications, accreditations, and tendering as applicable.
  7. Occupational Health Support: Assist with overseeing the occupational health system and processing fitness for work assessments requests.
  8. Email Inbox Monitoring: Monitor the EHS email inbox for new starters, legal updates, and general EHS enquiries.
  9. Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide other ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements
  1. Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, ideally within health and safety, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industry.
  2. Software Proficiency: Proficient with data entry and maintaining documentation compliance within software systems.
  3. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient with full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Employee Query Handling: Experience with handling employee queries.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Health and Safety Reporting Software: Familiarity with Health and Safety reporting software systems.
  2. IOSH Certification: IOSH Working or Managing Safely, or equivalent qualification.
  3. Environmental Awareness: Environmental and sustainability awareness.
  4. Occupational Health Processes: Familiarity with occupational health processes.
  5. EHS Certificates and Training: Hold EHS related certificates or training such as first aid, mental health, fire marshal, etc.
  6. Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English and a second European language.
