About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Supervisor to provide exceptional support and care to our residents at Elizabeth Place in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the security and safety of the development, ensuring the wellbeing of homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams to deliver high-quality services.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this role is £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (night rate), with an additional £1 per hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
