McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional **Bank Care Supervisor** to join their team at their prestigious **Elizabeth Place** development, in **Market Harborough, Leicestershire.**

**This is not traditional care, this is better**

**Development information**:
This is a Retirement Living PLUS development in the desirable town of Market Harborough. Our Elizabeth Place development features 34 one bedroom and 24 two bedroom apartments exclusively available to the over 70s. On site we have a communal lounge, bistro, and landscaped gardens for our residents to use.

**Base Salary: £12.56 **per hourday rate and **£10.42** **sleeping **night rate per hour **plus **additional pay (see below)

**Hours**: Flexible (these are to be agreed with the Estate Manager(includes day and night shifts)

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Duty Managers **sleep** between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
