About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team at Inspired Pet Nutrition. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing our business across key accounts, delivering substantial and sustainable profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day customer requirements, ensuring all internal and external deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Identify key insights and activate a plan to deliver with the customer, including brand plans and promotional activities.
  • Work with the category team to support ranging and category recommendations.
  • Validate and check data to ensure business information is aligned.
  • Own and deliver a schedule of reporting to capture all business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to drive profitable growth and improved customer service.

Requirements

  • Degree calibre preferred or demonstrable experience in FMCG businesses.
  • Business and commercial acumen.
  • Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
