Focus Area: Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Sector

Key Responsibilities as a Retail Growth Manager:

Collaborate with retail partners to create strategic action plans aimed at boosting category sales. Enhance store personnel's understanding of product categories and new initiatives to drive awareness. Negotiate for enhanced promotional space for key items to maximize visibility in stores.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team discussions to review progress.
