In your role, you will serve as a vital liaison for Procter & Gamble, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with your retail partners. Utilizing cutting-edge data insights along with your understanding of market trends, you will engage confidently with retailers to enhance high-performing categories and address those that are underperforming. Your expertise in category management and business growth will drive increased sales of Procter & Gamble products within your designated area.

Focus Area: Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Sector

Compensation: Competitive salary of £25,250 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Responsibilities of the Retail Growth Manager:

Collaborating with retail partners to formulate action plans aimed at boosting category sales and market presence. Enhancing store personnel's understanding of the category, new product launches, and initiatives to increase brand awareness. Negotiating for expanded promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress. This position is primarily field-based, requiring you to spend significant time building relationships with retail outlets. A high degree of autonomy will be granted, necessitating strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales conversion.

Qualifications for the Retail Growth Manager:

A strong enthusiasm for sales and the brand portfolio. Experience in business development and sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning abilities. Capability to think strategically while achieving immediate business goals. Proven history of taking initiative and delivering results. Valid UK Driver's License.
