Weekend Retail Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Weekend Retail Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, back of house areas, and public areas.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, operating tills and handling cash transactions.
  • Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required, following food hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties.
  • A DBS check is required.
  • Transport is required due to the site being remote with limited public transport.
