Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365.
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via tickets, email, remote support, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across our offices.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems & updates.
  • Manage and update the IT asset log.
  • Assist the IT onboarding of new staff.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical qualification in a related field such as a Microsoft certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Windows, Android & Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
  • Experience using Bash, PowerShell, and scripting.
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.
